THE ROLE OF OMEGA CONSULTING
As a consultant, OMEGA Consulting had an extremely complex role in the funding process, both for the applicant and for the project partners. In the first stage, our team developed and presented a strong funding application within the Sectoral Operational Program for Human Resources Development (POSDRU). In the second stage, Omega Consulting implemented the project and provided full support during all stages. The project had a very high level of complexity, due to the need to organize and train the large number of partners and participants in the project in order to achieve the project indicators.
