Junior European Funds Consultant (including first job experience) – Job
The ideal candidate
- Can be a bachelor or masters student in the following specializations: economics, finance, business administration, public administration, public policy, law, or other similar specializations, preferably with an economic background or exposure;
- Availability for full-time or min. 30 hours/week (we are very flexible to agree on a customized work schedule depending on the academic situation, study program or exam periods);
- Very good communication and organization skills;
- Proactive and independent;
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Interested in developing a career in a consulting company;
- Good understanding of economic concepts;
- Knowledge of English, advanced level (written and spoken) is mandatory;
- The desire to learn and develop both professionally and personally.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the development of different stages of projects;
- Researching relevant topics for senior consultants;
- Preparation of presentations and research studies;
- Carrying out customer eligibility checks and analyses on available funding programs (customer and company eligibility, project idea and targeted investment, proposed expenses);
- Provides support for the consulting team in completing the documents necessary for the preparation of the funding file, drafting sections of the funding application;
- Carrying out relevant market studies/analysis regarding the investment targeted by the client;
- Will be directly involved in the preparation and implementation of various EU-funded projects;
- Monitoring of non-reimbursable funding programs;
- Specific marketing activities related to promoting topics in the area of non-reimbursable funding;
- Writing relevant news alerts and updates for our customers.
